Information we collect

Flight enquiries: your name, email address, optional phone number, trip details (airports, dates, times, passenger count), baggage and ground transportation notes, and any additional requests you choose to write.

Guest Guide requests: your first name, optional last name, email address, optional phone number, the page you requested it from, the guide version, and your choices about the privacy notice and optional marketing emails (with the wording shown and the time).

We do not ask for a street address to send the guide. We do not use your device or location data for either form.

How we use it

We use flight enquiry details to respond to your request and discuss your travel plans. We use guide request details to give you the guide, to send you a link to it by email when email delivery is available, and to respond if you reply.

Receiving the guide never depends on joining a mailing list. Promotional emails are sent only if you tick the separate, unticked marketing box. A repeat guide request does not re-subscribe anyone who has unsubscribed; a new subscription needs a new, explicit opt-in.

Who receives your information

Our website, database, file storage and email sending run on the Base44 platform, which processes your information on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tools on this website at present.

We do not sell your information. We may disclose it where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and guide requests for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing enquiry@travelaircharter.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us and we will tell you what applies.

Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link that works without signing in or giving more information.
